We require 48 hours’ notice of a cancellation, after which a 100% charge will be made.

Hotel Cancellations

Cancellations MUST be made by either contacting the hotel direct on +44 (15395)30001 or Online you must obtain a cancellation number.

Bookings cancelled after 12 noon on the day before arrival will be charged at full room tariff for the first night, in addition to the loss of the deposit.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to obtain a valid cancellation number. The hotel will not accept any liability for loss of monies due to non cancellation or bookings which are cancelled after the given date.

The hotel reserve the right to refuse / cancel any booking(s) without prior notice, and / or reallocate alternative room(s) type(s) should they deem necessary.
