Dinner at Lakeside is a highlight, with superb dining choices available in our conservatory and on our terrace throughout the day.
Our Head Chef is passionate about using the freshest seasonal produce from Cumbria to create dishes that let the flavours speak for themselves. Lakeside offers a variety of dining options. The Lakeview Restaurant provides contemporary dining by the edge of Lake Windermere.
For a more casual dining experience, John Ruskin's Brasserie offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere with inspiring dishes. Our Terrace & Conservatory is the perfect place to enjoy al fresco dining, and if you prefer to sit inside, our beautiful conservatory provides a safe haven with a view.
Please note lunch is served in the Conservatory between 12pm and 4:30pm. Fine Dining is between 6:30pm-8:30pm, last seating is 8pm.
